Describe the bug
While there is a block present above the tiered apiary, only tested with the tier 2, bee pathing becomes broken and are unable to path back to the hive, flying into the walls containing the hive instead of entering it after being pollinated

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place Tiered Beehive with flowers
   2)Place any solid block above hive
2. Spawn vanilla bees
3. encase area with solid blocks, ex glass
   Bees will roam normally until the time they are expected to return to the hive, at which time they will be unable to path and will fly into surrounding blocks. If picked up with a bee jar and placed next to the hive they will automatically enter it but are unable to find their way to that block on their own.
   Expected behavior
   Bees were expected to fly back to the side of the tiered hive before entering it.

this was observed in the skyblock modpack Sky Bees by Valdan

I am unable to reproduce this phenomenon. I have watched a vanilla bee path-find to a tiered hive with a stone block on top several times now with zero issue.
