As you can see, the top of some text like resource pack or shader pack names and descriptions is cut off

Load into a world and open the menu to download more resource packs or shaders

Anything else that might be useful to fix this issue, for example a crash log.
For some reason this does not happen in the main menu, only while playing in a world. No resource packs or shaders are required to be enabled for the bug to occur
