Update to new version present even when new version installed next to old version

Describe the bug
I clicked refresh but now I have two Ashen 16x resource packs
Update: Apparently I updated the resource pack during the game, now everything works fine. No more duplication.

Resource pack replacement

Download Ashen v1.10 MC1.20.1
Update resource pack with Resourcify
