When you die with trinkets+accesories mod, lost your slot accesories items

Describe the Issue
Im playing in custom modpack server, , when you die, the grave dont store the accesories slot items, tried without the mod, and save everything.
This are the minimun mods to replicate the bugs
Trinkets
Accesories
Tc layer for accesories
You are in grave danger
Jewelry rpg (To test something to put on accessories slots)
Revive
latest.log
Do you use any other mods except the required ones?
