Filing here because it concerns many/all RFTools mods.

Issue description

None of the RFTools mods' books are valid in 1.18.

All the Patchouli book.json files are malformed (missing a required property), which causes errors to be thrown at server startup, and the books are unavailable to use in the game. This was already fixed in the 1.19 branches:

Each fix should be 1 line and would expose mod documentation to a ton of players. Please backport this.

Thanks for the detailed report. I fixed all of them now. Note that you forgot XNet and Deep Resonance. I fixed those too
