Refined storage's wrench, Tech Reborn's wrench, and Tesla Wrench (Industrial Foregoing) don't work on RFTools powercells to configure input/output on a side. I'm not sure if this on on RFTools Powercells side or not.

AFAIK, the only thing that should work with RFTools Powercells is the RFTools wrench.
