I'd like to have some sort of configurable chunk loader in rftools. Or does it already exist and I'm blind?

As an extension to this I'd love to see a redstone controlled remote chunkloader. ie, have a remote processing facility somewhere that stays unloaded until your control center activates the remote chunkloader tied to that facility. Thanks.
