[Feature Request] Allow custom blocks to be placed by a builder in non-void quarry mode

So, just noticed you can only replace dirt with cobble in the builder's config. Would it be possible to change it so, when that option is enabled, you can set which block is placed? Default being, of course, cobblestone, so current functionality remains the same.
