Blitz doesn't work in Spawner

Blitz, and probably the other Thermal Expansion doesn't work in the spawner. They don't show what Matter they need.
Also RFTools 1.12-7.31. A syringe containing blitz gives a message "NullRF" when placed in spawner. Minecraft 1.12.2

Do you have entries in rftools.cfg to allow spawning blitzes? By default, it only contains entries for vanilla mobs.
