Efficiency Dimlet makes Dimensional Shard Ore More Exspensive

Playing in Project Ozone 2, it seems when I put a Special Efficiency Dimlet(Rarity:5) it makes the world more expensive on every aspect. This is when trying to create a Dimensional Shard Ore world.
Without the Efficiency Dimlet the cost says
Creation: 2,065,020 RF/t
Maintain: 1,880,102 RF/t
Tick Cost: 3,920 ticks
With the Efficiency Dimlet the cost says
Creation: 2,067,020 RF/t
Maintain: 7,227,734 RF/t
Tick Cost: 4,820 ticks

If I switch the Material Dimlet for Block of Diamond it reduces the Maintenance cost correctly it seems. I tried looking through the books and Google for anything on Dimensional Shard Ore not working with or intentionally increasing the cost instead as like a punishment for trying to get the own mods main ore in bulk but couldn't find anything.
Edit: Same order, but switching out the Rarity:5 Efficiency for the Rarity:4 seems to have lowered the cost . However, trying to add them both doesn't change anything further. It is also a Rarity:5 Efficiency dimlet I made through the Workbench if that makes a difference.
