I did set up a scanner with a range of 3 blocks and added some modular storages in its range. I've populated them with items. In the scanner I can see the "Atomic Reconstructor" (Actually Additions) and "Servos" (Thermal Dynamics) but I can't take them out. When using the modular storage block directly it works. Other items and blocks work without problems.

The modular storage has also an item filter which was shift rightclicked on it to whitelist its contents.

edit: It seems it is a problem with the filter. After removing it I could take out the items :/
