Builder can't move items

Hi McJty
I am having an issue with the builder.
I want to move a building, but when I set the builder to move and close the GUI. the setting stays on copy mode.
Have tested single and mulyiplayer games
Minecraft 1.10.2
Forge 12.18.3.2511
rftools 1.1x-7.11
