When lists display in the developer's delight panel, the values get cut off on the right side if they're too long.

Ideally, you should be able to click into the list to open it up and navigate it down the nbt tree, but realistically, it might just make sense to allow scrolling or word wrapping.

Since it's a developer tool, it's reasonable to expect users to be able to read the raw json string.
