Infused Powercells don't accept energy from anywhere

I infused an advanced powercell to use it as a wireless transmitter back to my base (my Mekanism Advanced Solar Generator based power system is on a plateau a distance away from my base on a Tropical Island), and it would not accept power from either Mekanism Cables or Thermal Dynamics Fluxducts. A non infused powercell accepts energy perfectly fine.
