Shape cards currently have a hardcoded list of buttons of block types that they'll void. We should replace this with a filter like everything else in RFTools uses.

Well not replace. The current functionality is handy and quick. I don't want that to be gone. Also a filter is problematic as where would you put the filter? The Builder already accepts a filter but that's used to skip blocks. Not void them

Perhaps have a "skip filter" and a "void filter".
