Exception ticking world, Randomly, while a player is moving inside a RFTools dimension

Issue description:
I believe RFTools is causing this as it only happens while a player is inside a RFTools dimension, and the crash appears to originate from WorldServer, which I'm pretty sure RFTools, in fact every world uses, for each dimension.
Steps to reproduce:
Create an RFTools dimension, stay in it for a while, possibly leave it on for a few hours, then you will crash with a tick exception, bringing the server to a halt.
Versions:
- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge: forge-1.12.2-14.23.1.2582
- CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11):
- McJtyLib:
- RFTools: rftools-1.12-7.22
- RFTools Dimensions: rftoolsdim-1.12-5.10
Possibly incompatible mods and versions:
OpenComputers 1.12.2-1.7.2.67 (The only core mod)

Er, this might need a separate issue, but when someone calls an elevator and another player is standing on it, it completely glitches out and gets both players stuck until someone breaks the bottom elevator block.
There are also some issues with pings after installing it, and I'm just not sure anymore.

Maybe it's an incompatibility with securitycraft.
That version of rftools is pretty old. Would you be able to retest this on a more recent version? Lot of things have changed
Uh, sure. I guess my modpack was a little outdated, heh. I still find the lag a bit strange though, such as getting stuck in the elevator, considering I was desperate enough to allocate 8GB of ram to the server, and five to the client. I'll let you know if there are any problems within the next day or so. Thanks for the help.
The elevator is a different problem; please open a new issue for it.
For this problem, can you make sure it happens when McJtyLib, RFTools, and RFTools Dimensions are all up to date? If so, can you see if it happens with no other mods? If not, what other mods are necessary to cause it?
I would, but even after updating it, and running the server at 9gigs of ram, the lag was too fierce after installing it and we couldn't play the game, so sadly we removed it.
