1. It would be nice, when there is only one transmitter in range if it would auto-select it.
2. Add option to hide receivers from a particular Dialing Device; I often have a Transmitter and a Receiver right next to the Dialing Device, and on no occasion would I ever want to teleport to the Receiver right next to me. Could also be useful for having Dialing Devices designated for particular types of destinations

2. exists already. You can 'favorite' receivers and only show favorite receivers (press the 'star' button next to a receiver in the list)

Almost; The 'Favorite' flag applies across all dialing devices, so I can't filter one set of receivers for one dialer, and another set for a different one.

I implemented 1 for next release. 2 is a bit too much hassle and conflicts with the current favorite feature which I personally think is a lot more useful
