Issue description:
Placing an EnderIO RF Gauge on a Power Cell causes crash
Steps to reproduce:
- Place two Powercells and put them in the same network
- Place an EnderIO RF Gauge on one of the Powercells
- Crash after a few seconds
Versions:
- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge: 14.23.3.2668

Report this to EnderIO. Seems they are trying to access the RF API client-side and that's not a good idea
