Powercell doesn't accept shift-clicking items into it.

Issue description: Shift-clicking is not working properly in the power cells.

Steps to reproduce: Shift-click a chargeable item while in the power cell GUI. The item will not be moved like expected.

For some reason I can't edit the post. Anyway, I've tested this with the Charged Porter and the Advanced Charged Porter.
