Issue description:
Builder cant handle Chisels & Bits Blocks

Steps to reproduce:
Create a space chamber with a Chisels & Bits Block inside.
Link the space chamber card to it.
Place the card into a builder.
The preview mode shows a red block where the C&B Blocks suppose to be.
Builder doesnt move/copy the block.

Versions:

  • Minecraft: 1.12
  • Forge: 14.23.3.2676
  • CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11):
  • McJtyLib: 2.6.7
  • RFTools: 7.33

Will this be supported in the future?
