Crash when screen placed with no NBT data

Issue description:
Server crash when a screen was placed after being cheated in: Crash

Steps to reproduce:
Cheat in screen, place in world. Optionally, try to break it after?

Can you reproduce this? Problem is that there is nothing RFTools related in that crash so it is a bit hard to see what is going on
