Issue description: When in the nether, I can only input a few items into my storage system through the tablet, then (after about 7 item stacks) it will suddenly stop inputting items, instead leaving the item in the input slot of the tablet. But upon returning to the over world, it works fine again.

Steps to reproduce:
Get 10 or more stacks of items
Go to nether and use tablet
Start shift clicking the items into the tablet
After about 7 stacks or so, it will stop inputting items.

Versions:

• Minecraft: 10.12.2
• Forge: 8.0.99.99
• McJtyLib: 3.0.2
• RFTools: 7.54

Is your storage system chunkloaded?

Yes, it is within spawn chunk, I just double checked.

Oh ok.

So, what now?

Not sure. I cannot reproduce this issue so I'm a bit at a loss here
