Issue description: I am trying to make a portal gun so i need a nether star and farming normally for wither skulls is proving difficult since i havnt gotten a single skull and have killed at least 30. So i set up a spawner and everything, got a syringe, went to the nether fort, beat an armored wither skeleton with it and when i looked at the syringe it said "Skeleton". I had another one so i thought maybe it was because the armor and the mods from the armor messed with it so i found a normal wither skeleton and the same thing happened. i went on creative and spawned a wither skeleton, same thing, There wasnt a syringe already with essence in the creative menus so im not sure if its even in the game rn.

Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.7.10
• Forge Mod Loader: 7.10.99.99
• RFTools: 4.23

Possibly incompatible mods and versions: I dont think so

The mod pack im using is Atomic's Ultimate Tech Pack on technic.

I looked at the dimelets and apparently there is none for wither skeleton, though ive seen others do it it must be another version. Unlucky, srry
