Issue description: The Block Protector fails to protect blocks from wither or end dragon attacks. It still doesn't allow the player, tnt, or nukes to break the protected blocks.

Steps to reproduce: in a creative world, set up a blood magical containment ritual, gave each ritual stone it's own block protector and powered each of these with it's own creative energy cell. Spawning either a wither or an end dragon within this area and they destroy these protected blocks.

Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.12
• Forge: 14.23.4.2708
• McJtyLib: 3.0.2
• RFTools: 7.55

Possibly incompatible mods and versions: I haven't attempted this yet, but if I get some time later I will do so and update.

Edit: Just tried with only RFTools and McJtyLib loaded, and experienced the same problem (with the wither, didn't try the dragon). The protected blocks survive the initial blast, but don't survive the subsequent wither missiles.

Can you reproduce this with only RFTools and its dependencies installed?

I haven't had the chance to try yet, but will in the morning. Will update when I do.

I tried with just RFTools and McJtyLib running, and was able to reproduce this.
