Powercell cards keep getting reset when using shift-click to move them

Issue description:
This isn't totally broken but more broken then it used to be. I've found a work around so not a big deal but may confuse some.

In the past I was able to shift-click a card into a powercell that already had its "master" card, this would cause the card I shift-click to go into the bottom right slot, copy the ID and then I could shift-click it out and shift-click it into another battery and have a successful link.

The current behavior is that I shift-click a card into the master battery, it gets assigned an ID, I take it out the same way, then shift-click it into another battery, it still has the ID assigned but the battery doesn't link.
When I close the UI and reopen it the card will have moved to the bottom right slot and be unassigned.

The work around I've found is to manually move the card into the copy slot and then manually move it to the new battery.
