Issue description:
Most if not all RFTools blocks/machines disappear when shift+right clicked with a crescent hammer. Haven't tested the Smart Wrench not wrenches from other mods.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a block from RFTools such as a Powercell.
2. Shift+right click it with a crescent Hammer

Versions:

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.4.2751
• McJtyLib: 1.12-3.0.4
• RFTools: 1.12-7.55

Playing on the Enigmatica 2 Expert modpack, which doesn't have any coremods I know of.
