Issue description:

Matter beamers don't seem to accept cocoa beans as an appropriate type of Living Material. From what I can tell, it seems that there is an outdated reference to cocoa in the config file (pointing it to minecraft:cocoa) instead of using a damage value of dye.

I'm not sure if this is something that should be fixed client side, though changing the entry to [minecraft:dye:3] yields no results as I assume that's the wrong way to reference data values in your configs (I couldn't find any examples of damage values in use).

Steps to reproduce:

Use cocoa beans in a matter beamer connected to a Spawner.
