Issue description: Massive over powering fog.

Steps to reproduce: Create dimension. (Seems random, can't find a fix) Seems to hold to a dim ID

Minecraft: 1.12.2
Forge: 14.23.4.2760
McJtyLib: 1.12-3.0.5
RFTools: 1.12-7.56

Does this happen with every dimension? If not you just got unlucky

Once it happens to a dimension, if you delete that dim, using /rftdim safedel (4). It will happen to any thing you try to do on that ID 4 again. For a pack like All the mods 3 remix, the config in rftools is 2 dims per person. So if this happens in one of them you're completely out of luck and nothing can fix it.

Can you show me the dimension informatino for that dimension? i.e. sneak right click the dimension tab

Just restarted my server to change the rftools max dim config, and got a crash.

I think it was something to do with rftools

Idk what the crash was, but the dimlet was deleted from the dim builder.

What brings up the dim info? Sneak right click does nothing?

Sneak right click with the dimension tab in your hand

BTW you forgot to specify the version of the RFTools Dimensions mod
