Teleporting using Charged Porter or Matter Transmitter caused the player to act like dead.

Issue description: Teleporting out of The End using Matter Transmitters or Charged Porters cause the player to be considered dead by most mods.

Steps to reproduce: Go to The End using the end portal.
Go out of The End using Charged Porter.
Interact with, for example, the Powercell.

Versions:

  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 14.23.5.2768
  • McJtyLib: 3.0.5
  • RFTools: 7.56

Solved it in my case by applying this fix McJtyMods/McJtyLib#86 so please consider taking a look at it. Worked for me atleast.
