Crafter weird crafting issues with mystical agriculture essence

Issue description:
the crafter tier 3 doesn't craft the tiered essences even though all the items are there. the mod is currently in the stoneblock modpack 1.0.28.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place a normal and not the master infusion crystal in the crafting inventory.
  2. already have the recipes as shown in the picture.

Versions:

  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 14.23.5.2768
  • CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11): N/A
  • McJtyLib: 1.12-3.0.6
  • RFTools: 1.12-7.57

Possibly incompatible mods and versions: N/A
