power cells currenty give their power to the blocks next to them one after another

i think it would be better if they give it to the blocks evenly

im not a coder so i dont know correct terminology. if its not full then continue adding. if full look for next available inventory. i dont know if there is a toggle on whatever conduit you are using to transport for possibly a round robin mode? its not the power cell but the power transport method that also comes into play.

i got multiple blocks directly next to the powercell so the powercell is whats doing the distributing
