Feature Request - Increase Environmental Controller radius via config

Issue description:
It would be great if I could increase the radius of the Environmental Controller in the config. I have a really big area cleared out for a new base but I don't want to light up the whole area, so I tried the peaceful module, but a radius of 100 isn't big enough.

Versions:

  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 14.23.5.2808
  • CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11):
  • McJtyLib: 1.12-3.0.6
  • RFTools: 1.12-7.56
