Support blocks not updated after shape card region edit

Issue description: per the subject

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set up a region and enable the preview
  2. Click the "Open card GUI" button, edit the region. ESC to return to Builder GUI
  3. Support blocks for the first region are still active.
  4. Toggle preview.
  5. Support blocks from the first region are not removed.
  6. Toggle on/off, support blocks are created and removed as expected but blocks for the first region are not removed.

Suggestion: Builder automatically disables the preview when the shape/quarry card is removed, and/or "open card GUI" is clicked.

Versions:

  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 1.12.2-14.23.4.2739
  • CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11):
  • McJtyLib: 1.12-3.0.3
  • RFTools: 1.12-7.55

I'm OK for now as I found the right-click to remove connected support blocks in a related issue. Thanks so much for adding that feature!
