Issue description: Builder wont place blocks like white wool, prismarine blocks and some others. Chunks are not claimed. Storage chest is placed in correct position and has relevent materials to build. Note, copied schematic from single player world to server. All blocks in build are vanilla blocks. Would say 75-85% of the structure was built correctly but some walls and floors of the mentioned material just wont build. Have double checked they are made of mentioned materials in single player.

Is this a block id issue?
