That has nothing to do with RFTools. See this line:
Attempting connection with missing mods [AromaBackup, CustomMainMenu, FastCraft, journeymap, Mystcraft, notenoughkeys, PortalGun, ResourceLoader, Translocator, TwilightForest]
There are missing mods. Make sure you both have the same mods.
