Issue description:
Elevators do not work with security cards and players not on the access list can edit the name of the elevators

Steps to reproduce:
Hook a security card up to a elevator block

Versions:

  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: forge-14.23.5.2854
  • CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11):
  • McJtyLib: mcjtylib-1.12-3.5.4.jar
  • RFTools: rftools-1.12-7.73.jar
