Question: Filtered placement of blocks with a shape card

This isn't an actual issue, but just a question. I'm currently trying to fill in all the caves under my base with stone, but I'm right on the edge of the ocean and don't want to accidentally fill in the water. Is there any way to filter the shape card such that it doesn't replace fluids? My goal here is just to reduce underground mob spawns.
This is for 1.15.2 if that's pertinent.
