Issue description:
Changing the config to make the Builder work in larger dimensions other than the default doesn't always take affect in game.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Make the max dimensions of the Builder larger than the default settings.
  2. Attempt to create a operation with an area larger than the default settings, but lower than the new max.
  3. Preview the area in the Builder, even run it.
  4. Done, it doesn't adhere to the settings that are displayed on the card placed in the builder.

Versions:

  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 14.23.5.2854
  • CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11):
  • McJtyLib: 1.12-3.5.4
  • RFTools: 1.12-7.73

Possibly incompatible mods and versions:
Only extra mod I have installed running on a bare minimum setup, is JEI (1.12.2-4.15.0.296). Pictures are from the actual server it was discovered on.

Relevant logs, if any:

Strangely, on the server pack (429 mods), on SP, it seems to work.

All Pictures are from the server with 429 mods. However when running the bare minimum setup, it refuses to go past the default max settings both on a local server and in SP. Whenever it fails to adhere to the card's settings, the "active area" is always offsets by a few blocks in both directions (3-5) for the first corner, even if the first selected corner is right next to the builder.
