[BUG] [1.12] Elevator drops players through the floor when arriving at its target destination

I'm not sure if it's because of some kind of server lag, but sometimes, when using the elevator, players will fall through the floor as soon as the elevator reaches its target height.
I thought that adjusting the speed would fix this, but it only seemed to make things worse. It causes the elevator to spend additional time in the moving state even after it arrives (about 2-5 seconds), causing the player's FOV to fluctuate. These are the settings I modified:

S:maxSpeedDistanceStart=2.0
