Game crash when turning builder on.

Issue description: Game crashes when turning builder on when there is a quarry card in it.

Steps to reproduce: Place builder down. Grab quarry card(I used the clearing quarry card). Then preview the region. turn preview off. Then flip the lever to turn the builder on.

Versions:

  • Minecraft: 1.16.5
  • Forge: 36.1.13
  • CompatLayer (only if on Minecraft 1.10 or 1.11):
  • McJtyLib: 1.16-5.0.19
  • RFTools: Base: 2.0.10, Builder: 3.0.16
