I'm playing on 1.16.5 forge. I've been randomly generating dimensions, and I've noticed blocks are only being pulled from specific mods.

Mods that are being pulled:
Quark
Biomes O Plenty

Mods that are not being pulled:
Caves And Cliffs Backport
Architects Pallets
Any mod I've created

Is there some sort of whitelist built into the mod? Is it possible to change it?
