Sleeping in a Dimension does not change from night to day.

In SMP, sleeping in an RF Tools dimension does not transition from night to day.
Dimension is set to have standard day/night cycles, and configs are correctly set to allow beds to set spawn points, and allow spawning in RF Tools dimensions.
Consequently, Morpheous, the sleep voting mod, also fails to work in RF Tools dimensions.
