That is weird. Never saw that before. Can you show me the full client log? This log is a lot bigger.

Check this:

[13:54:10] [main/DEBUG] [FML/]: Examining for coremod candidacy mcjtylib-1.1.0.jar
[13:54:10] [main/DEBUG] [FML/]: Not found coremod data in mcjtylib-1.1.0.jar

You forgot to delete mcjtylib-1.00.jar. Delete the old version first.
