Is it possible to add a config option to blacklist dimensions for the teleporting system?
So you can Blacklist the Galaticraft Dimensions, that you can't teleport back home with the Charged Porter?

In the next release of RFTools you will be able to blacklist dimensions from the telportation system both as a source and as a destination.
