Situation: Ender dragons bypass all modded protections

Can we please have a config for us poor server folks to be able to whitelist specific mob spawning (Mainly the Enderdragon and Wither) on a per dimension basis?

Hmm. How is this related to rftools exactly? If you want enderdragons to spawn in an RFTools dimension you can use the dragon dimlet. Otherwise RFTools does not control dimensions beyond rftools dimensions itself.

We disable the ability for the wither and ender dragon to spawn I build worlds. ( over world and last millennium) . Rf tools doesn't have a way to disable the spawning of mobs per dimension. Player's are still allowed to spawn them in all farming worlds. We don't want them to not be able to use it, but for now the only workaround was to increase the cost to 500million netherstars Per spawn.

I will try to find a good way to make this configurable
