[1.8] Exiting the game while in an RFT dimension and then re-entering causes the game to hang on the "logging in" screen

Other players in the world can see me, and that's how I've been saved from it before, by someone putting a matter transporter underneath me and teleporting me to the overworld.
Can you give me information about the dimension? sneak right click with the dimension tab in your hand and show me what it says (or as an admin type /rftdim info in the dimension)
I have OP on the Server this issue is occuring and after running the Command this is the result:
