I use MC 1.9.4 and tried differed forge and RFTool Version.

Forge 12.17.0.1968

Every Dimension I creaded didn't use power (no Maintenance cost), only the creation process needs power. After that a world with Diamondblocks (100k rf/t) chared with only 2m RF last forever...

Short test here, and I can confirm the same thing. No activity probe in the dimension, I can turn the dimension builder off and go into the dimension and it never drains.

rftools-1.9.4-4.64.jar, mcjtylib-1.9.4-1.9.1.jar, and rftoolsdim-1.9.4-4.30beta42.jar with Forge 1968. There's absolutely nothing incriminating at all in the log file, but I can restart the server and do a targeted test, and get the log if you like. Doubt you'll find anything of help there, but I can. :)

I found out what's wrong. Will fix that later (probably tomorrow)

Ok, that gives me time to whip up a free diamond and emerald dimension. Kidding! ;)

Just tried another Installation with forge 1969. Still no power drain... Every Dimension fixed at 40m RF

Fixed in the release I'm preparing right now
