Had this happen a few times now on our server. Player right-clicks on a Liquid Monitor and picks an item from the list... Server Closed. Server goes into infinite reboot loop as admin has it set to autorestart which means... no log file. I'll see if I can get him to disable auto-restart to get a logfile if this issue isn't ringing a bell. Bit handy tho since 1.10.2 mods crash like a mf since most of them are alpha. [not saying RFTools, just in general]

What I do know:

Two scenarios I've personally seen.

1. Liquid monitor sitting on top of a Extra Utils drum. Open interface and have some "invalid" items listed... click "invalid" item and crash.
2. Liquid monitor sitting on top of an IC2 tank. Same as #1. Open interface, click an "Invalid" item on the list and crash.

Disregard. This is same as #693 which you said is EnderIO. I was using enderio conduits in both examples so that makes sense.
