[Suggestion] Add "depth" to Builder shapes

Hi McJty,
Possibly a foolish endeavour in our blocky world, but I'm building with circles at the moment. I have found that a "depth" setting would be a useful addition to the builder, particularly for the Torus and Cylinder modes, though I'm sure it would be useful elsewhere, too.
For example, I have dug a solid cylinder of r=250 for a "circular city" and placed a layer of dirt. I'd now like to dig a circular ring road that's 1-deep and 6 blocks wide. Using Torus, Cylinder or Solid Cylinder to achieve this would require multiple passes, alternating quarry and build, with very careful adjustments of the radius. Had I decided to add the road after I'd built structures, it would be nigh impossible.
It would be nice to be able to simply punch in inner and outer radii (quarry and build) in addition to height & XYZ offset.
Another nice feature would be the ability to specify the axis of symmetry, thus permitting sideways cylinders, tunnels, etc.
Cheers,
Xeno
