I have an RF tools dimension and there is ender thermic pump. Is it possible to force chunkloading off for this block so when my dimension doesn't have enough power it shuts off all chunkloading?
I have yellorium ocean and that pumps keeps pumping when my power is not enough is kinda cheaty.

I would love to be able to do that but at this moment I have no idea how to force a dimension to be truely inactive when it has run out of power. I will not close this ticket however as I think it is a good idea and if I ever find a way to implement it I will (probably optional though)
